On Monday 21st February 2011, debate competition was organized in Anwar Sultana Auditorium by Jinnah Debating Society on the two years completion of Jinnah debating Society. The event was organized under the presidency of Miss Tabussum Malik and the Minister of Youth Affairs Mr. Faisal Sabswari was the chief guest.
The students of MAJU, BIZTECK, KU, SIRSYED, ICMAP and TABANIS participated in the competition. All the debates were highly appreciated by the audience.
The PRO of Jinnah University Thanked Mr. Faisal Sabswari for attending the competition. She also appreciated the efforts of Jinnah Debating Society and congrates them on the completion of two years of Jinnah Debating Society.
In the ending Mr. faisal Sabswari addressed with the audience and announced the result. In English Debates first position was given to Karachi University while second position was given to Tabanis and third was given to Sir Syed University. In Urdu speeches First position was given ton MAJU, while second and third positions were given to BIZTECH and ICMAP.
Mr. Faisal Sabswari distributed shields and certificates to the students and team trophy was given to “Sir Syed University”.
